• Clean any dirt, leaves, and debris from condensing unit (outside)
• Wash out Condensor coil
• Inspect fan motors, blades, and blower wheel. Oil motors on older models.
• Tighten all electrical connections and check amps.
• Check electrical components for wear or damage
• Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan, and condensate drain lines.
• Inspect burner assembly and heat exchanger. Clean as needed.
• Clean or replace filters (Owner Supplied)
• Sanitize unit and ductwork
• Check out all system functions to ensure proper performance
